La Torreta, dates back to 900ac and is a fortified farmhouse with a rectangular floor plan (according to some documents it could be the ancient Olius Castle) with two interior towers and several respective extensions. It has approximately 300 m2, with kitchen -lunch area, two lounges & fireplace and 6 suites with private toilet and various surprises.
La Torreta is located close to Masia El Molí dels Cups (ancient water flour mill dating back to 1000ac) embracing the Cardener River and just five minutes from "Sant Esteve d'Olius" Historical-Monumental complex with a beautiful romanesque Church and Crypt, a Modernist Cementiry (work of Bernardí Martorell, pupil of the famous Gaudí) in between the nature.
La Torreta is 8 minutes by car from Solsona (capital of the county), 10 minutes from Cardona and its famous Castle and unique Salt Mines, and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Barcelona.
